To get married in Australia, you must:
• Be over 18 years old
• Not already be married
• Not be related
• Both consent to the marriage
• Provide one month's notice by signing the Notice of Intention to Marry form

At our first or second meeting, please bring:
• Birth certificates
• Australian or foreign passports
• Driver's licenses
• Divorce certificates (if previously married)

• All legal paperwork for marriage registration in Australia
• Presentation certificate on your wedding day
• Ceremony delivery
• All necessary meetings, including rehearsal
• Timely communication via phone and email
• Professional sound equipment

I handle the following:
• Notice of Intended Marriage (to be completed 1-18 months before the wedding)
• Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage (filled close to the wedding date)
• Official Marriage Certificate (presented on the wedding day)

Contact me via call, text, or email to check availability. If available, we will meet and sign the relevant documents. A non-refundable deposit will secure your wedding date. We will have a follow-up meeting closer to your wedding, either during rehearsals, over coffee, or via video call.

Book as early as possible, as dates fill up quickly.

Yes, I can plan your wedding. We will need an additional meeting to discuss your needs.

Each party must have a witness over 18 years old who understands English.

I will lodge your marriage with Births, Deaths, and Marriages within 14 days. For an additional $50, I can mail your official marriage certificate to you.

Yes, I provide a PA system for music and microphone needs. Just send me your song choices.

Yes, I have public liability insurance.

I offer Vow and "I Do" options. You can use mine or write your own, which I highly recommend.

Yes, I offer rehearsals based on mutual availability.

A travel fee may apply if your venue is more than 50 km from Melbourne CBD.

The ceremony typically takes about 30 minutes from when the bride starts walking down the aisle.

I may book multiple ceremonies in a day but will inform you beforehand.

For outdoor ceremonies, have a wet weather plan. This could include setting up a marquee, using an indoor option provided by the venue, or changing the ceremony location.
